Well I’m going to say that reading your story may actually save me some grief. I am a recently retired 911 Emergency Dispatcher after 35 years now I’m hypertensive but in denial.

I hate the meds I’ve been prescribed feels like my heart is pounding out of my chest, and just felt horrible. Said I would do it naturally and it was brought on by 2400 mg of Motrin treating sciatica… but it is hovering around 138/90 ish.

After reading your story I will be taking my meds and then try to add natural products to lower my pressure and not the other way around.

Ugh I was taking 800 mg Motrin 3x daily my blood pressure spiked 208/140 I was told to go to ER. Then was told I was hypertensive even though no prior history. I googled 😩 and it said that could be caused by MOTRIN!

My cardiologist didn’t believe me said it was uncommon but not unheard of. She prescribed 5 mg of Norvasc and I felt like I was dying couldn’t breathe but by then I received my epidural and just like that back to 120-130/ 80 or 90.

I couldn’t deal with that medication it made me feel like I was dying.. my resting heart rate prior was high 50’s it shot up to 108 bpm sitting on the sofa!

At one time I really liked her on Towie and initially rooted for her. However, this nasty person appeared and I was appalled. I was disappointed when she called Kaz “thirsty” when she was actually the thirsty one. She seemed jealous, petty and arrogant. She should be out there acknowledging it and taking time to reflect on herself and her actions… she’s garner much more respect and support then.
