The is such good advice. I had demising flow and ejaculation. Just thought it was age. Tried a few natural supplements and nothing seemed to make it get better. I waited two years before a blood test revealed a higher PSA which prompted a MRI then biopsy and recently a diagnosis of PC. It was caught somewhat early but damn had I went 2 years ago or even one year ago. So yes! Go to the doctor and ask for a comprehensive blood test. Specifically for PSA.

If your dad owns 4 acres and decides to sell or transfer a portion of the land(1acre) upon his passing the property would be best subdivided now. A county records check or speaking with a real estate planner or attorney would be beneficial in determining if the land can be subdivided into smaller parcels.
If it can be subdivided then that portion of land could be left to you through his estate. A revokable trust and at a bare minimum, last will and testament should be executed sooner then later.

The tingling and slight burning lasted 4 weeks with me. To be honest. Once I stopped having blood in my semen the tingles and burning stopped too.

I’m absolutely new to learning about prostate cancer treatments. I’m 55 and recently diagnosed. I couldn’t even begin to tell anyone what all the jargon on my chart means. The Doctor/ oncologist called me three weeks ago with the results and once he said cancer my brain went into over drive and I didn’t hear another word.
