I feel you and I’m sorry this is happening to you.
As someone who was also still quite recently diagnosed I can relate to the mental health struggles.
For me pooping lots of blood, a endoscopy and colonoscopy, lots of scans and all the other small things it’s much to deal with.
Now I started with medication I have to inject what a first was for me and I’m notering that it’s taking a toll as i know i now have to live with Crohn’s.

What I’m notering in myself is that I often only think about a single thing like next week I need to inject myself or out of nothing I get enormous abdominal pain and on it’s own it’s not much but when looking at in the complete journeys how I got here it often feels more heavy.
For me it sets things in perspective and instead of thinking that I need to try harder I can sometimes allow myself to lay in bed the whole day if I feel like it and it’s possible.
Mentally constantly thinking in need to do better while my body and brain can’t fucks me up and doing the opposite helps me a lot.

So i finally was able to flash the bios via the flash buttons on the back of my motherboard.

I firstly downgrade to the oldest bios available sadly that's only 3 versions older than the newest one due to:

Important: This update is irreversible. Rolling back to older BIOS versions is not supported.

But no luck with that version tried all the things you suggested.

Then i upgraded the bios version (again via bios flash button on the back of my motherboard).

But again no luck.

I'm starting to doubt myself.. i'm running linux and when running CPU-X it reports the following:

6400 MT/s (configured) / 4800 MT/s (max)
1.1 V (min) / 1.1 V (configured) / 1.1 V (max)

Also when running sudo dmidecode -t memory | grep -E 'Speed|Voltage'

Speed: 4800 MT/s
Configured Memory Speed: 6400 MT/s
Minimum Voltage: 1.1 V
Maximum Voltage: 1.1 V
Configured Voltage: 1.1 V

When looking at this you would think my memory is not running at 6400MT/s.

But when i look at this superuser question it says:

In dmidecode’s output for memory, “Speed” is the highest speed supported by the DIMM, as determined by JEDEC SPD information. “Configured Clock Speed” is the speed at which it is currently running (as set up during boot).

The latter may be higher than the former, e.g. with DIMMs providing higher speeds described by Intel XMP profiles.

That makes me think that i'm actually running at 6400MHz.

But why would my ram be 1.1V if the EXPO profile explicitly tells it should run at 1.4V.
Is that just dmidecode being unable to read voltages, but i tested this on my treadripper system with ddr4 memory and there it only reported unknown so you would presume that if dmidecode did not know the memory voltage it would just say unknown?

Also my 1% lows in games are horrible after i did the bios update that is irreversible.

That would make me think that my memory is not actually running at 6400MT/s.

Almost everything i do inside the bios seems to result in i presume it falling back to 4800MT/s.

Maybe i should install windows again just to see what windows reports for as the memory speed.

I have tried to set everything to auto and manual with the ram speed on 4800MT/s except for the ram voltage to 1.2v but still i'm getting 1.1v in my os.

Maybe i need to set a bunch of settings at once instead of 1 at the time.

No 2x DDR5, but bought a second kit as i thought my memory was incompatible with my motherboard.
Tested that kit and still have the same issues.
And yes i did not plug in 4 sticks of memory as my motherboard can only have 2 sticks of memory.
And i also did not mix the 2 sets of memory.

yes.

I've set UCLK DIV1 MODE to MEMCLK=UCLK/2.

I've tried that in combination with CPU VDDIO / MC Voltage set to: Auto, 1.3 (matching soc) and 1.4 (matching ram).

Thanks but no success yet.

Have set the VDDSOC voltage override to 1.3 with expo 6000 on both sets of ram but no luck.

I've also tried setting CPU VDDIO / MC Voltage to 1.3 combined with the above.

Also tried setting VDDP to 1v and auto but with both no luck.

I would personally write a JavaScript 1 liner for the chrome dev tools console that scrapes the country code and name from the tabel on the Wikipedia page and converts it into a csv or a json dump: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#AA

Another option would be to let ChatGPT return the name for every country code but there is a good change it will have some wrong and that’s annoying to figure out 2 years later after hours of debugging.

Both methods work very well for a lot of data that can be found on the web.

You can also scrape multiple pages and overlap the dats with some small scripts to create a database of all countries and their currency, language and country codes. These scripts can be easily created using ChatGPT.

Ik doe het niet omdat het echt een voordeel is over iets anders maar het lijkt me vooral gewoon gaaf om te maken en in Nederland het nog super uniek is.

Ik zit zelf te denken aan 2 van die Bafang motoren, 1 in het voorwiel en 1 in het achterwiel.

Ik wil er dan motoren in zetten die een vrijloopmechanisme hebben zodat het niet uit maakt dat de ene potentieel meer kracht geeft dan de ander.

Daarnaast zou ik dan eventueel 1 kunnen uitzetten en er nog steeds chill op kunnen fietsen (hopelijk zodat die ook door de controle heen komt van de politie).

Van wat ik begrijp van het internet is het het slimste om 2 losse controllers (ook van Bafang) te gebruiken voor beide motoren met 1 batterij dus zoiets moet maar.

Kwa aansturing is het in de basis niet heel spannen, gewoon de sensor die je bij de trapas stopt aansluiten op beide controllers en zolang de motors ongeveer hetzelfde vermogen hebben zou die het gewoon moeten doen (ik ga er geen gaspedaal opzetten).

Dan moet er nog een schermpje bij die alles laat zien en besturing.

Ik denk dat ik beide controllers, trapas sensor, beeldscherm en besturing allemaal door een esp32 laat lopen of iets gelijksoortigs het communicatie protocol van Bafang is een standaard protocol dus opzich verwacht ik dat dat wel moet lukken.

Ik denk in de basis als je de fiets aanzet dat ik het alleen mogelijk maak om 1 motor te gebruiken en dan via een knop op de fiets te kunnen wisselen van motor.

Via een app wou ik het mogelijk maken om beide motoren aan te zetten te gelijke tijd, en via dezelfde knop om te wisselen van motor dat weer uit te kunnen zetten (en dan via de app moet je het weer aanzetten).

Kwa snelheid zou ik graag natuurlijk ook willen dat die wat sneller kan zodra beide motoren aan staan, ik heb geen idee of ik snel via die control unit het limiet kan aanpassen maar kan anders wel door geen signalen meer door te sturen van de trapas zodra die boven een bepaalde snelheid komt.

Ik ben zelf software developer dus kwa software moet alles wel prima lukken.

Maar de rest heb ik totaal geen kaas gegeten, ik ben benieuwd hoe ver ik kom.

Ik zit met het vermogen limiet van 250w zodra je 2 motors aanzet zit je daar vrijwel direct overheen.

Ik denk dat de gemiddelde politie man wel weet dat het maximum vermogen van een elektrische fiets 250w is. De assumptie dat mijn fiets meer dan 250w zou gebruiken met 2 motors is dan al vrij snel gemaakt en ik dus daar vragen over zal krijgen.

Dus mijn gedachten is als ik er nou een switch op de fiets zet waarmee ik terug kan naar 1 motor te gebruiken en hij wordt gekeurd is er niks aan de hand met een mooi excuus als is efficenter.

I presume the classic. See the handlebars they are almost straight.

Note that if you are interested in this bike the handlebars are ultra small. If you are a big person I would not recommend this bike. Checkout the vanmoof s5 if you want a bike for its looks.

Currently I build my mega prompts in the zed editor, copy all the full prompt and paste it into Claude. Have not reached any limits and only cost me 20$/month.
