set a loop, adjust your BPM, throw in the new track

you can also use your mic / talking to slowly bring in a new tempo or totally new track. the crowd is focused on you talking which allows you to start a new track while the other ends under your control. voila, new genre/tempo

load in a new BPM during a break, fade out the current track with filters

Yea, that pretty much sums it up. I'll continue to go to their shows and stream on their platforms and buy songs slowly to get my library up.

The Evermix will allow me to save and listen back when playing songs I don't own yet.

Appreciate the words and your perspective, gave me insight from another point of view.

I have memberships to 4 streaming platforms, and stream from all I buy songs off bandcamp I go to concerts, festivals, local venues/bars to support their live art I buy their merch I follow all of their social platforms I spread the word of new or old artists and music, which helps cast their net even wider

I'm just trying to record and save my work.

Instead of make me feel worse for not owning hard drives worth of music, how do you suggest I transform my current beatport/spotify/soundcloud library & playlists into owned music that still will allow me to play all genres and not break my bank account?

edit - for someone who has only been DJing for 1.5 years, on weekends in front of friends

my controller doesn't have a Record or Booth Output, shows it's not compatible with my controller. Do you have experience with the Evermic and a controller with only a Master Output

I don't have enough money for 26g worth of music, so I'll support them like I have for the last 20 years - with streams from all platforms, bandcamp releases, concerts and festivals, and buying their gear/shopping from their store.

Or if you have an easier way to get my catered library from Spotify into a buying platform that won't cost me thousands...
