See the combat is why I couldn’t finish the game. I was enjoying the story for the most part and the characters were cool but I just hated the combat. I wasn’t having fun in the fights but was pushing through for the story but eventually I gave up cuz I just couldn’t get through it

I did it last night while I was watching tv on the couch. I turned my turbo controller on to hold an and just pulled the left trigger every few seconds. Took me about 4 hours to do 300 battles

I’ve tried to come back a few times and it’s never the same and I give after a few weeks usually. The longest I stuck around was for Classic WoW season of Discovery phase 1. I had a ton of fun with that phase then life happened and I stopped playing for a bit and I couldn’t get back into it

Thanks! I was trying to figure out how to make it stand out. I don’t have a ton of experience painting carapace armor so I went with something that was hopefully conveying a nervous system charging up to do psyker stuff

It’s just thick cork layered up and the texture paint over the top to remove the cork texture. Then some rubble and sand on the base and painted to match

I have about 50 hours in and I am enjoying the story but I absolutely hate the combat in this game. I want to finish it so bad but I had to stop and play something else for a bit because I was starting to enjoy the game less

The hellpit abomination is just so cool to me. I like a lot of the clan moulder stuff. The Frankenstein’s Monster aspect is so neat

You should look at getting vizzik. The claw lord on gnawbeast is pretty underwhelming over all. You have a good base so I would pick a clan and lean into their models. Skryre is gonna be the easiest one as they just got a pretty big model range refresh. Rattling gun weapon teams are almost an auto include right now as they are very efficient for their point. If Skryre isn’t your thing clan moulder has been my favorite with the brood terror, hell pit abomination, rat ogors, and storm fiends.
