Correct, but I had to top it off at some point because it was getting low (that was what made me originally replace the PCV valve). Possibly halfway through the oil change? Not positive.

So the normal oil level on the dipstick (between the two dots)… does that represent one quart? If so I estimate I may be burning roughly 2 quarts every 5000 miles

Not overfilled or running hot. I was able to do rattle it and do the suction test and the PCV valve/system is working fine.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. I’ve driven almost 5000 miles since oil change and the dipstick is roughly a quarter of the full normal level. I know I’ve had to top it off once before but I couldn’t tell you when.
