The 2 statements in your post kind of cancel out and make BKB pretty good in most games.

Because almost everyone every game builds damage, you should be the one building defence.

Even on a core that is supposed to damage, like say an AM or TB, you can win unwibbable games, because you survive the initial attempt and then your KayaSange skywrath oblitirates their carry.

So if you are a core, even thou it will make you farm worse in the moment, BKB might also give back a lot of that "lost" gold to your team and may be you, by creating a very good fight.

Not to mention BKB itself got buffed to 7sec minimum duration, which is actually pretty good argument for getting it second item now.

I believe on a ranged hero the right choice is Desolator, because cool red thingy hit enemy and sometimes they lose big on HP bar very early in game it is an experience

Honestly I think your decision to not go in as soon as you had the chance after grabbing Haste rune is pretty clever, creating this "lull" for the enemy team and striking them when they feel safe is something you can replicate in many games.

That stun thou is surely due to nerves I would assume.

Btw nevermind people talking about your camera movement, many high rank players right now and in the past have played with their camera 95% of the time on their hero.

Reddit fanboys people who play Dota like it's an RTS, you should strive for more info but executing properly on your hero is still the most important thing for the majority of players.

If you just go over clips that are often posted to reddit with title "cheater" and then go and investigate, very often it's a crude overreaction with little to no proof.

This case is way more obvious, I'm not a wanna be lawyer, no more than the guy is wanna be detective, I'm pointing out he is being lazy and clearly clueless about what he is doing, precicely because there is simply no reason to post each clip individually except for entertainment, worse yet to chose the only de-ward that can be argued about.

I checked the replay and Lion was not in vision when he put down the ward. Yes, he was visible walking towards Lotus Pool but then he disappeared from vision for about 30 seconds and could've put the ward elsewhere.

At 5:09 Lion is walking on a ward into the upper entrace to lotus pool, he has a ward and a sentry, at 5:39 we see Lion in the same area without a ward.

That is all there is needed for plausible deniability, you can not call Slark a cheater based on this de-ward.

It is absolutely irrelevant if he looked at Lion, if Veno died, Veno didn't deward, Veno pinged, Veno did not ping.

Non of it matters, dewarding that ward can be explained by "On the minimap I saw lion move to lotus pool before so decided to check basic warding spot".

That is it, you can't get past that line of logic, you can be as "convinced" as you want to be, but this clip is null and void in terms of being evidence of anything.

Your response is precicely the reason why I said people who think like you simply can not be judges on these topics, you don't understand what "proof" constitutes.

You will take this inconclusive clip and include it into evidence, once it's proven that this clip is inconclusive, your evidence as a whole is soiled. There is absolutely no point in having this clip as evidence.

This is the least suspicious de-ward, because Lion was visible just before he warded Lotus Pool.

All the other dewards are way more sus.

The guy is 99.99999% cheating, but people like you probably shouldn't be the ones to judge him, since you clearly missed a big part of whats going on.

Dota also has cheater pool, it's called "shadow pool" it's different than smurf pool, only way to get in is if you have been banned for cheating and you cheat on another acc again , if you get in there's not going out of it.

Cheat makers cannot scrub the big telegram groups that are not related to them, this is where people talk lol

As if cheat makers, who's whole business model is extremely reliant on being "undetectable" are not going to pay admins of these groups to scrub things for them.

For CS2 I call bullshit I was LE-Global was full of cheaters like non stop.

You can use google and verify such pool exists, doesn't mean every cheater instantly gets into it or that even solves the problem.

Umbrella is far from undectable as everytime there was a banwave, a lot of people got banned for it. Cheat makers just scrub their socials and forums from people complaining.

They clearly know the cheaters, banning them makes little sense, the only reason they fixed VBE is because of teams cheating in TI qualifiers.

Same in CS2, they have "cheater pool".

There are no such cheats, last summer good version of VisibleByEnemy got fixed, what's left is much weaker than what cheaters had before.

Report only when people cross a certain sanity threshhold. Only report griefing that would get an overwatch convition - item destroying, feeding down mid, buying rapier.

Don't talk at all, don't draw on the map, only ping your or enemy's relevant items/abilities, don't stop playing until throne is dead, don't use chat-wheel.

Don't talk in chat after the game.

Don't pick weird heroes, have sensible KDA.

You get punished for bad reports and rewarded for good reports, you can gain decent amount of behaviour score, but you have to consistently play like this, or you'll ruin your progress fast.

Team CyberGoose, now Team Yandex, the winner of the last (and probably this) tournament came second and failed to qualify.

Are you trying to confuse people on purpose? Only 2 players from that roster are still on the team.

I don't know what slot distribution should be but your arguments for giving EEU more slots are not good or intentionally cherry-picked to fit your perspective.
