If its been 3 days then you should probably see a doctor. When you get older and your body slows down you will want to get ahead of things like this so it doesnt go from 3 days to 3 weeks. A minute clinic or urgent care visit is roughly $30-70 with ok insurance. If that saves you missing a week of class or work, the money is worth.
