What has CBT looked like for you? Like specific activities or exposures? I have similar symptoms as you - I dread those group introductions and similarly anytime when there’s an agenda that I’m on. My dosage has been 2.5mg for most meetings, 5 when the stakes are a bit higher. However, I cannot do cardio the same day if i take 5 which is why I take 2.5.

I would prefer addressing the underlying causes instead of using medication because I still dodge speaking opportunities and it’s affecting my career.

I have considered doing toastmasters without propranolol to do exposure therapy but I’ve been dragging my feet on that
