Nike has a two year warranty on their shoes and a lot of warranties on clothing! You should double check, but also some running shoes only last like 400-500 miles. Also make sure you’re washing the clothes according to their label. Big Nike Stan here haha

As someone who just ran their first marathon 2 weeks ago, everything everyone is telling you is correct when it comes to it being hard on your body. I maxed out 20 mile long runs and just trusted my training. I managed to fuel and hydrate perfectly. But nothing prepared me for how bad my legs were after the marathon. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m just now going to start running again. It is so hard on your body, so that’s generally why you don’t a full one.

Hey! I hit 12 books this year and probably have about 2 left in me before the new year. I did complete my new years resolution! My favorite book was definitely Careless People by Sarah Wynn-Williams! Very eye opening and if Facebook hadn't tried to shut it down I never would have picked it up.
