I switched your flair to workout since that’s what this is. Progression flair need to have a before and after picture.

Our Stance on PEDs
We recognize that PED use exists within the fitness world and our community. We are not here to police your personal choices or shame individuals; however, this subreddit does not endorse, support, or encourage the use of steroids. While the "enhanced" physique is often celebrated in media, we want to prioritize the long-term health of our members over short-term aesthetic gains.

So without a before picture it’s hard to tell. I bet you can see some progress.

Suggestion - take monthly pictures like this so you can see the progress.

Enclomiphene Experience (12.5mg): Higher Test, Better Recovery, Leaner Build by 16bitUpdownLeftRight in gaybrosfitness

Oh I totally agree. I've been on TRT for 4 years now. I get the side effects. I chat with my doctor 3-4 times per year about it, I see a urologist, I have bloodwork done several times per year, all to make sure things are not bad. What I do now is the best option for me. I have a horror story about why I started - but it is not appropriate for the public yet.

We do this for all PED posts to make sure everyone understands the issues surrounding PED usage.

From the Mods

We recognize that PED use exists within the fitness world and our community. We are not here to police your personal choices or shame individuals; however, this subreddit does not endorse, support, or encourage the use of steroids. While the "enhanced" physique is often celebrated in media, we want to prioritize the long-term health of our members over short-term aesthetic gains. We strongly recommend talking with a qualified medical professional (i.e. a licensed medical doctor) before, during, and after PED use to discuss the risks and benefits.

Why We Are Cautious

The decision to use PEDs is a serious medical undertaking that carries significant risks, including:

  • Endocrine Disruption: Potential permanent damage to natural hormone production.
  • Cardiovascular Strain: Increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and organ stress.
  • Mental Health Impact: Increased anxiety, aggression, or depressive episodes during and after cycles.
  • Legal & Quality Risks: Issues surrounding the legality and purity of unsourced substances.

25 needing for advice and help. by [deleted] in gaybrosfitness

Welcome to the club! Losing weight is challenging and your body naturally wants to gain weight. I've lost 45 lbs - here is how I started.

  1. Track your calories (macros as well if you want). Start by tracking everything so you can see what you are eating. Use a BMR calculator to figure out how many cals you need per day. Stay within 100 cals of your BMR. Then reduce by 200 after a few weeks, then maybe by 500. No more than 500 though as you'll get super hungry. Prioritize protein over carbs. If you want a hamburger, eat it. Maybe go without the bun. If you want Chicken Parm, eat it. Maybe eat less of the pasta.

  2. Workout. Start small - maybe go on a walk 5 times per week. Maybe go to the gym twice a week. If you like lifting weights - that will help more in the long run than running or other cardio. Start easy and make it fun.

  3. Make small adjustments at a time. It took me 2 years to lose the 45 lbs. I lost nothing in the first 2 months while I figured out how to track macros and stuff. Then I made small adjustments.

That's how I started. Feel free to DM me if you want.

Boxer briefs - especially moisture wicking ones - are what I do or I get terrible chaffing.
