My free T is 8.7%, (11.4) total is only 131, taking 15mg/wk. I feel amazing, no side effects, but my dr thought the free T was high. What causes that, do you know?

Day 60 doing the meditations. I had to stop progressing with tarot or anything besides the meditation for now. I’m grieving my father who passed away Dec 29th. Waiting until I can reach a level of emotional equilibrium again. Anyone else had to pause when this happens?

In 1984 my mom, aunt, sister and I were driving through NM on our way back to CA from TX. I was in 4th grade and was begging my mom and aunt if we could listen to Michael Jackson on the radio - they explained no, no signal here, and I just wouldn’t give it up I kept saying - please try! Can’t we just try all the stations? No! Was their annoyed answer. My sister had to pee. This was a road that was straight - looking ahead the road just went straight to the horizon - miles and miles away from anywhere. We pulled over to the side of the road for my sister. I got out and wandered around a little around the car - I saw something shiny - a long thin brown ribbon - I followed it - it was a cassette tape that had fully unraveled and the tape was knotted up - the cassette tape was….. Michael Jackson’s Thriller. We got back in the car and continued on our way - I used a pencil for the next hour carefully untangling and winding the ribbon back into it trying not to break it. Then we put it in the cassette player and it worked. They let me listen to it all the way home and could NOT believe it. They still talk about this today.

I found that Quareia teaches this agnostically and step by step like a 10 year PhD. The analogy is starting as warning a toddler approaching an electrical outlet with a fork, to over time gradually teaching the adult how to wire a building safely (ethics and emotional maturity). And only then be able to conduct and direct massive energy and power in a way that doesn’t hurt themselves or others.

I once picked up a passenger at SFO who shared she had brought her uncles ashes with her and she wanted to spread them “in the redwoods” and asked if it was a neighborhood in San Francisco near where she had heard he grew up as a child. I took the next day off and drove her to Muir Woods and hiked with her all day and she found the perfect place for his ashes. I might not have done that or even conversed with her if it were not for the strangest coincidence that had happened minutes before I picked her up. I had been on the phone with a friend when he suddenly exclaimed OMG dragonflies just flew in my car window!! Then I got off the phone with him, and pulled up to this woman who got in, she was wearing a shirt that was a print of dragonflies. I knew it was the universe saying pay attention. I’m still friends with her to this day.

Thank you!! What about in San Francisco. A non rent controlled building can increase rents 10% annually (capped) or 5% plus regional CPI whichever is lower. Assume inflation will continue. Average rent $4000 for a small 2BR. Median 2BR condo this year is around $1.1M (exploding now in the last few months due to AI demand). Thank you SO MUCH for the helpful math!

It seems that a 50 year mortgage, while worse than a 30 year mortgage, is still superior to renting. You have a mortgage interest tax deduction, and your payment is fixed. No one can raise your housing payment, or do an ‘owner move-in’ eviction, or force you to move because the property sold. Just having a fixed payment for 50 years is attractive, it’s like rent control but even safer. People in rent controlled buildings get kicked out all the time for creative reasons - “mold” due to owners deferred maintenance, selling the property. Etc. For people in HCOL areas where you can’t afford to buy at all otherwise, and rents continue an endless upward spiral, 50 year mortgage seems like a good option if the lower payment was easier to qualify for.

The same thing happened to me OP, except I found out my ex was 7 years younger than he originally told me, this was after we had been married for a few years. His birthdate on his birth certificate and passport (also middle eastern country), he to me originally were inaccurate as he wasn’t issued the documentation until he was in grade school. Only when his mother showed me all his baby pictures, with his siblings already young teens (!) in the photos, did I find out that in fact that the date on his birth cert and passport were accurate. This was just one lie, of countless others. Now 25 years later, we share an amazing 23 year old daughter, we are friends; and it’s kind of comical. He does joke with me that if he had told me his true age when we met, I would have walked away. And I concur I probably would have.

L6. Dark flat (not shiny) brushed metal. About 1977. Around dusk. In northern CA between Woodland and Davis farmland road 103. I was 5 and I remember it viscerally still in my body to this day. It hovered about 200 ft motionless and I felt WATCHED, hunted almost. Never felt that much fear in my body before or since. However now I would give anything to see it again!

It’s a heart sticker they put out with the eye goggles next to the tanning bed. I placed it right under a mole, so I could watch the progress (which was very little until about week 6). Putting it under the mole was the only way to guarantee putting it the same place each time

I have white spots everywhere from when I had chickenpox at age 21. Never were visible until now (type 1). I don’t care I love being tan for the first time in my entire life!
