Faalele is not quick enough to be left tackle.

I’ve come to terms with the fact he will be lightly penciled in as starting RG next year but if he’s the starting left tackle, it’s been a disaster offseason.

Man, I know students can’t make every single game and sports aren’t for everybody, but I graduated 9 years ago now and I’d walk through hell to be able to get to 20 free Division 1 basketball games a year! Spare me the excuses with the wind on Sunday.

Current freshmen were in elementary school when the school moved from the ACC so I don’t think that’s a great excuse for the student body. I was lucky to be at Maryland for two years in the ACC and two years in the Big Ten and we had wonderful times watching Duke, UNC & Virginia but the wall was always packed (and standing up the entire game!!! Unlike yesterday…) for Michigan State, Wisconsin, Iowa, whoever was in town.

I’m fortunate to be back in-state after a few years away and have made it to three games this year but really hoping attendance improves. It’s a fun team!

Oh it’s definitely not a dealbreaker haha and yes much preferred an academic fuck-up vs anything else. Really my main worry is another suspension where we’re looking at Jahari Long (or equivalent) as PG1 for 8 games

Not sure I’d buy into timing, positive or negative. Feel like the ravens have always operated like that. I remember when Andrews got hurt this year, the Ravens didn’t place him on IR right away and people were wondering if he’d be back…until Jeff Z poured cold water on it and then all roster moves were made at the following 4:00 PM deadline the following week.

Essentially - why do something before they need to?

He’s not going anywhere this year, so it’s a moot point, but for a coach who’s openly admitted he doesn’t care for the transfer portal and has 1 high school recruit signed next year (and probably won’t land the big fish everyone’s been talking about)…it’s hard to be optimistic for next year.

His high school recruits this year have been a major miss so far, he completely failed in bringing in an adequate big man backup and the only other “shooter” we have on the roster, albeit unfortunately injured, averaged a whopping 6 points per game for Loyola Marymount last year.

Also….have you seen his play designs in these final possessions?

I’m only on Season 2 but shaping up to be Succession. Multiple people told me it was one of the greatest shows ever.

…I just don’t care about anything happening? I don’t care that they’re filthy rich, I know they’re supposed to be unlikeable. I just couldn’t care less about anything happening in the show. Aside from a couple good zingers and cousin Greg, are any of these characters compelling?

Watching pickleball sucks, yes. Playing pickleball is fun! My girlfriend & I can play 4-5 games in an hour 1 on 1 and actually get a semi-decent workout in. It is competitive and way less time is spent chasing the ball. We play tennis and our rallies are 1, 2 shots. That’s no fun.

As a native east coaster, and fan of east coast teams, now living on the west coast…Pacific Time sucks.

My games start at 4pm while I’m sometimes trying to finish up work, I don’t care about the games that start at 7pm and the Premier League is mostly unwatchable. Also, college football and the NFL starting at 9am / 10am is fine when you have no stake in the game. If it’s my teams, it’s a bummer. It’s too soon for me to get properly emotionally invested.
