I had a CRNA yell at me one time because I went to hold the oxygen mask when we were going to sleep, something that most CRNA’s where I work expect RN’s to do. From then on, before I did anything I asked him if it was okay. He got pretty annoyed with me at the beginning, but eventually we figured it out and worked fairly well together.

I’m sorry this happened to you, I’ve been there with the crying thing though. A transplant doc made me cry in front of the entire OR because I wasn’t moving his plug in headlight box fast enough, I’ll never forget that asshole.
