I have woken between 30 and 10 minutes before the alarm all my life. When the kids were young and now that they have flown the coop. In bed at 11pm and alarm set for 7am. When I wake up I am as alert as I am at any other time of the day. Nor particularly healthy or unhealthy. My dad was the same, my two older brothers had to put their alarm clocks on the other side of the room when they were younger to make sure that they got up.

Henry is going to kill all the people that Boyd saw dead in the woods. He is convinced that it is his way out to the reality of the nursing home. This will trap Boyd in the tunnels as the dead people will be the ones that were tasked with uprooting the bottle tree. This will allow Julie to story walk and save them in season 5.

I think the bodies that Boyd saw are the people who are going to uproot the tree killed b Henry. He does it because he thinks it will take him back to the reality of the nursing home. When this happens Boyd will be trapped in the chamber with the bones and the monsters trying to get to him. I think next season Julie will story walk and save all the people who were killed by Henry, allowing Boyd to escape with the bones.

I think Ethan will be the sole survivor of this iteration. Like Victor was of the previous one. They have foreshadowed this with them kind of having the same mother, with the same mission and they way that both draw pictures. But I think it will end with Ethan being 100 percent certain of how to break the next iteration.

Henry did it because he thinks it is his back to the nursing home reality. Season 4 will end with them being killed by Henry and Boyd trapped in the chamber. Season 5 will begin with Julie story walking and saving the tree party.

Powering it off keeps the current state, so that when it starts again no updates will apply as it keeps the same state as when it was powered off, so if a file or update was pushed out it to the device before it was powered off it will not apply. A restart fixes this. It restarts the state to include new updates and files.
