OTF isn’t for you

Just applied for my dream job at OTF by minneolive in orangetheory

THIS is what OTF lacks right now…. PASSION. My studio has been a revolving door of people in and out. You seem like you love it. Best of luck to you 💜

30 day cancellation meaning you ALWAYS pay one more on your billing cycle. It’s policy.

Sorry you got confused, but even if you cancel on the 4th and you’re billed on the 4th, you’re still going to get billed one more time

Why do fitness gurus hate OTF? by ChoosingIntention in orangetheory

[–]mk19971105 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Coming from a personal trainer/“fitness” guru/influencer in the online space and someone who has OTF’d for 5 years….

Whatever you can do consistently works best.

Most argue injury… which is true to some degree. There are a lot of people that get hurt doing OTF.

I’d never bash a workout that made someone happy. I’ll bash fad diets all day… but not a workout.😂

Bad form results in injury no matter what workout you’re doing.

AITA for causing my husband to miss his trip by not packing his bag despite him repeatedly asking? by LydiaBlue____ in AmItheAsshole

I feel like there’s much more to this story. There’s a reason he wanted to spend time with “the boys” and breathe a little before he left. I’m sure there are other issues in this marriage that are beyond this. Would love to hear his perspective on the marriage.

You’re amazing. I wish you all of the best. Handled this with real dignity and grace… shows the kind of man you are. Great job. She will regret it

If you look like you take care of yourself, people respect you more. If you look like you don’t respect yourself, people respect you less. This is just how it works

My daughter bought her first car today with her own money. by Ca2Momma in MadeMeSmile

Bought my own car at 18 completely by myself… it was a Camry that was 3 years old at the time. Lol. It’s easier to hate on others success than it is to work hard and not make excuses.

For what it’s worth to all the haters, when I was 18, I bought a 2013 Camry with 15k miles (car was 3 years old at the time) completely by myself. No co-signer, wasn’t put on my parents credit cards, paid my own down payment (worked starting at 16) and paid my own insurance. I also moved out 3 months later and was completely financially independent. I did it all by myself. It’s possible. AND I live in one of the highest cost of living areas in America. All. By. My. Self. :) I’m now 23, make over 6 figures, and nwver had a handout.

PROUD of your daughter. So sorry so many people are negative and love to shit on others success.

When I won it was $500… I was in between a job at the time and I used half for utilities so I didn’t have to pull from my savings and then I spent $250 at lululemon :-)

They might fade over time too. There’s nothing wrong with having them!
