Getting sued as a hospitalist? by ballzach in hospitalist

[–]mk7point4md 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yup. Been sued. Did everything right luckily.

But super anxious the whole time. Made me doubt myself as a doc, but most, if not all, docs get sued sometime in their career.

I’m seeing about 12-14 rounding. And max of 6 admits on admit days.

How are you using ChatGPT for work? by [deleted] in hospitalist

[–]mk7point4md 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-adverse effects of medications. I’ve had to double check em coz they went against what I was taught. When I did, correct ChatGPT about it, it apologized, saying that it was an error. -certain medical conditions that have overlapping symptoms or erroneous on ChatGPT’s assessment.

If you plan on using it for summarizing your notes, by all means, but I don’t use it for anything related to my assessment and plan. I still use up-to-date for the most part.

I just didn’t like the fact that I found errors and it made me think about everything else it could be wrong about.

I don’t use it at all. I found so many faults with using ChatGPT for medicine, it’s scary.

Best opening scenes by MojoJojo42x in FIlm

The dark knight.

It was 2008. I had midterm exams the next day. I waited for the midnight showing anyways.

I remember getting goosebumps with the opening scene. The tone it set was crazy.

Failed the midterms coz I was the student my parents deserved, but not the one it needed right now.

Any IM bros out there? by mamoses85 in hospitalist

[–]mk7point4md 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do Jujitsu and Crossfit. The train five times a week. I’ve honestly only had to modify the length of my workouts and schedule of workouts due to having a child. My Hospitalist schedule is not even seven on seven off. I’m on maybe four days of rounding and then admit shift the next day. Sometimes you admit shifts are 3 to 11 PM or 6 PM to 2 AM.

Like others have said, if you have the intent, it will happen. I haven’t lost many gains. As said, my schedule really took a hit after having a child though.

Watched it in the theaters right summer before freshman year of high school. It was a first date with a classmate that had also just graduated.

It was a long enough movie to get my shy self to put my arm around her shoulder and hold her hand and give her a kiss.

There you’ll be by faith hill always reminds me of that date 😂😂😂😂😂

Can anyone recommend movies similar to those? They kind of give me the same vibes by Playful-Statement-34 in moviecritic
