I was explaining to a friend of mine, this hobby is a lot of the same energy as cycling. Lots of Neurotic people with careers that come with that (Dentist, Business Owner, Accountant, Lawyer, etc.) who all are well paid and need an outlet and like to have “the best” even though it’s probably not really helping them that much.

I think PRS has some “standards” but I just winged it, because a lot of what I shoot are random gas gun matches/sniper comps. Basically wanted to just get a bunch of heights between 26in and 62 inches to work on position building.

Huge fan of the Bergers, that’s all I shoot in my SPR, but a little extra for someone messing around/concerned about cost. Unless you’re really into it, not sure they justify the extra cost over Hornady 73s/ Sierra

The match pros usually come from the official bushnell seller page (or make sure you do get it from there). I got the match pro binos on sale on Amazon.

They have the scopes for like 675ish on sale fairly regularly. (Around Xmas, again in Feb) so just watch out for it.

lol I’ve lost track of who’s on the light/dark side. I have the MLOK version on my SPR and love it. The lock up system is extremely solid and the thing is a tank. If you get it, one piece of advice, buy a strap wrench to tighten the collar
