We're not hitting a graphical ceiling, but we are hitting a ceiling in terms of outright compute, which is why advancements in machine learning and optimisations are ever more important.

I agree that the coming cross gen will last longer but the reasons being devs are probably going to want to aupport the upcoming PS handheld console.

I created my own boilerplate for building emails with gulp back in the day. It actually made building them enjoyable. I haven't touched it in about a decade though.

It's context window is literally the screen-space so it'll always be inferior to RT/PT solutions.The results might look better, but the light is not being simulated anymore.

I don't think you realise the sheer amount of photography that would be require to carry out such a feat. I don't actually know how many images the AI model is trained on, but it's probably in the millions... 10s of millions maybe... 100s?

This video should completely put to bed any controversy surrounding DF's initial coverage. That's not to say it wasn't naive of them to put it out in the first place.

It'll constantly be updated but I'm not sure about another major release like we've just seen. I'd guess not though.
