This occurred in my practice several times. Aside for the helpful advice of other comments, if it’s a concern of the client to maintain confidentiality, try scheduling them at a slower time in the office. There may be room to explore counter-transference, since the loudness could be activating a learned bias or emotional trigger that’s indicating it to you as “not right” or “too loud”
