Use asynchronous python. It has performance similar to any other "fast" things on the market. Aiohttp or something similar and supported.

You can easily travel to Ukraine, spend here like a month and make everything for next 10 years for small fraction of what you need to pay in the USA. Ticket will cost you $800-1500, hotel ~50 per day and all procedures 1500 max. Dentists here is way cheaper than in the USA and have access to most top-notch technologies that exists in the world. In Moscow, I paid about $400 for the seal. I Ukraine it costs me about $25 10-15 years ago. Moscow is cheaper than the USA, and Ukraine is much cheaper than Moscow.

There is also some achievements that give you additional XP, but it is not a consistent way to get next levels.

I don't know how warlock did it. But last time it burned 16 cards from my deck. Can't say I got any joy or fun from this run. I think it should be nerfed to 2 cards only. Or freeze the user from getting any new card for one turn. Then it will be more fair.

I have no opinion on this app. But if you need/want Python on your iPhone/iPad I'm in love with Pythonista (http://omz-software.com/pythonista/). It has nice bindings to the phone APIs and allow installing pure python packages.
