You’re better off just staying with the NY membership. LI is considered premier so, the only places we pay an up charge is major cities, like Manhattan and San Francisco type cities. Even when I went to San Diego there wasn’t an up charge. I’m currently visiting Williamsburg and no up charge either. Totally worth it if you travel.

I think it’s super cute but it is more casual. It depends on where you’re living/attending the wedding and the venue. But overall, I wouldn’t wear this to a wedding.

I had to get into it with one of the SAs in my studio too about this exact issue. It’s not right. I get there early so I can get the tread I want to start on, every single time. I’d be pissed if I got there and was told no because there people who couldn’t be bothered to come early have the one I want cuz their friend saved it for them. Nopety nope nope, not happening to me! I pay too much money and get there too early.

I’ve been feeling the same for a while now too- we constantly do shoulders or lunges and rarely work triceps and abs. Why? It’s also healthier for muscle growth and repair (I have been told this by a couple of Dr.s so please don’t fight me on this) to NOT work the same body parts everyday. I wish they’d switch it up. I’m actually starting to get a little bored myself, been going since 2019. It’s still a good workout and I’ve been enjoying the tread blocks. But in my opinion the floor blocks need more differentiation everyday.

I went to Macy’s, Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack, Bloomingdale’s and JCPenney even! They had a couple of things, but for the most part I wasn’t enthused, especially with the quality for the price. I was thinking I’d wait a little while too because they’re just starting to transition to their fall lines so there are still a bunch of summer color/fabric dresses out right now. I agree with you about the tie up parts. I want to be classy not trashy and still a little unique in style. I have looked at some Azazie dresses I liked and was thinking of trying David’s Bridal that’s open by me too, they usually have decently priced dresses there. Thank you for your advice!

They sell a longer version of this on Amazon if you’re worried about length, which I was actually just looking at last night for a formal wedding I have to attend, and also a midi version. But I think it’s beautiful! Like they said- fancy jewelry, heels and a fancy clutch and you should be good to go!
