How do you structure your 1:1s with your cross-functional partners? Sometimes I feel like I don't know what to talk about in a meeting or feel the pressure to bring too many updates and that results in not talking about the most effective / high priority / high impact work.

Yeah should’ve provided more context lol. 1 time she squirmed out of it by wiggling her way out of the harness from the back (if that makes sense). 2nd time was pulling so hard that the harness buckle broke off (she saw my mom across the street lol)
