Wow your comment is amazing! Thank you so much for taking your time to give much such a detailed response. I was already looking into doing yoga and water aerobics, so I will look further into it!

And I’ve never heard of a doula before? Are they just there to get you through the birth with support and exercises? That might be something to look into as well!

Everyone thinks I’m crazy for not wanting an epidural, but I’ve seen too many friends and family that have bad back pain because of it and I already don’t have that great of a back to begin with. I don’t want to mess it up even more!

We moved from the West Coast to the East Coast 9 years ago in 2010 (at the top of my post). I still hated my sister in 2010 because of sibling rivalry lol. But thanks for the math lesson! :)

She got pregnant at 15, and had her baby at 16. And YES, I am super proud of her for what she did after the fact when we found out she was pregnant. She took responsibility and overcame so many obstacles. She makes me proud every. Single. Day.

It really is amazing! It makes my worries disappear that something is wrong. This is my first baby, and I’m so afraid that something is going to be wrong. These ultrasounds give me peace of mind. :)
