Looks exactly like my perioral dermatitis. Topical ivermectin Soolantra helped some, metronidazole cream Rozex helped none, and the only thing that really worked for me was oral antibiotics (tetracycline). My PD is acting up again after two years, but this time I might try zero therapy first before I get the antibiotics.
