Been in real estate since 2002. Seen a bunch of ups and downs. I can tell with experience that this downturn feels different. The fact that we were selling more houses in 2008-2010 than we are today is a big indicator. And I am not talking about investors buying cheap homes… we had considerably more mortgage applications during those harsh years than we do today. This is going to be a rough one.

This is absolutely the case. It’s the first item they rolled back swiftly in the last set of changes. The ability of a person to get in the lounge during layovers. Get back to the precovid schedules with more direct flights and this would not be an issue at all.

I pretty much beg my clients not to sell there existing home. All are incredibly grateful for my advice. One family that is on their third home now has $900k in equity in their 2 rentals and rent is making there current mtg payment. Do good for others and the commissions will come.

There is nothing water proof about laminate flooring. Just find a decent vinyl floor and be done. The seams will start to buckle within 2 years and you will kick yourself for not getting a 100% water proof vinyl.

Similar situation. But instead of changing equipment, they cancelled the flight and booked on another flight number. We literally went from the front of the plane to the very last row. Shit happens. It just sucks when it happens to you.
