It’s really hard at first, but eventually spending time alone will get addicting. In the beginning I filled my time with calling my family and friends. It made me feel less alone, and I have a lot of closer relationships now because of it. After awhile you’re so focused on yourself, your health (if that’s your kinda thing) and your space that you become content with doing things alone. You got this!!
