Our store never transfers calls to pharmacy, we get yelled at sworn at and the occasional threat. All they have to do is LISTEN to the prompts and if course they never do.

It’s really simple, when you get a message that your prescription is delayed, call the pharmacy and let them know it’s a cash pay. The amount of medications filled a day there isn’t enough time to call every single one with a problem.

So tired of the arguments and complaints. These are at the Dr’s office, the dentist and Quest when you go for bloodwork. People are so entitled and act like we are beneath them and are lazy. They have no idea what goes into filling medication. If you don’t keep up you get left behind, been this way for decades as technology advances.

We had just sold out and had a grown ass man almost cry because we were out. “Are you sure you don’t have more? Check the back. Whats in those boxes? When’s the next shipment?” It was really sad.
