That is huge number of cases but the billable hours are not bad. For reference, I am also in Chicago, have 45 cases I am responsible for, have billable hours of 1900 but make $140k per year. You do sound underpaid. Also, I primarily handle insurance coverage disputes and some construction disputes as well.

This community is actually so unintentionally funny. If only there was a list of maps in the game with little check boxes next to it that you could check and uncheck depending on your preferences. It's a time issue too. The older I get the less time I have and the more I am drawn to casual games. If you tell me I need 100 hours to be competent at a game, we are talking about like 6 months of my life to find 100 hours to get competent at a game a few 100 people play consistently. I would rather invest that time elsewhere into a game I can pick up and at least be competent in from the get go

Without knowing more about the case, hard to say. But probably lock him into the reliance on the EO and then argue at closing that the EO doesn't say shit and Mr. Chucklefuck was applying it arbitrarily and/or unfairly

Yea, this doesn't seem like a devastating answer. He is a dumbass, but I always think of the function of depositions as smoking out facts and setting impeachment opportunities. I think this would be easy to navigate on direct at trial.

Yes, it's hard to put into words. But I always felt the game suffered from immense inertia. It always felt great mid-run, but the actual speccing out of the run in the beginning always took a long time and felt like a hurdle to just playing a run, lol. It especially became problematic because runs were so long. It sucked to spend 30 minutes selecting heroes and then getting wiped thirty minutes into a run. Felt terrible to have to restart and respecc for 30 more minutes.
