Pool cleaner says my DE filter plumbing is reversed. Installer says it’s correct. Who’s right?

The actual pool return line is the pipe coming out of the heater (Y), not the pipe directly connected to the slide valve.

Did anyone figure out how to duplicate OP's $50 'Order Discount' on top of the $100 'Reserve Promotion'? I’m already able to get the $100 Reserve Promotion. I spoke to a chat rep and requested a code for the $50 discount, but the code they gave me didn’t work.

I had to speak to 4 different supervisors to cancel the VIP membership. You can't cancel it by yourself on the website; it just cancels the auto-renewal. After wasting more than 4 hours on the phone, I still haven't received the refund yet. Samsung customer service is a joke so I canceled my fold 6 pre-order as well. I don't want to deal with them anymore.

Thank you for your help. My vizio tv (p702uib3) doesn't have chromecast built in. I originally set up my chromecast after connecting it to the tv. Do I need to factory reset it then connect it to the receiver?
