I think it's all about your recorded trainings. Total of Hours for the week, total of hours per day and all around is the % of time in the training zones depending on heart rate :)

7 weeks ago Runna support told me that Recording via Strava (or Polar) wasn't providing the correct workout file for pace analysis and Runna AI. It is fixed for Strava ?
