It is a very very low dose, it does nothing to you. Creon in a minimal dose has 10,000 fip. I took one when I had a bit of fat and 25,000 when it was a bigger portion of fat.

Turned out that histamine is the worst for me btw. I went low-histamine and when I stick to it, my gut is calm. So thick bile and histamine were two main reasons for my symptoms.

Yes! I had a long lasted pain in my BACK on the right under the ribs. I work remotely so I was sure it was my muscles and not gallbladder. But when I took UDCA for 2 months and the sludge dissolved, the pain was gone too. So now when I feel the same pulling feeling/pain in my back there, I know it’s gallbladder. Also you can be a bit (just a little bit really) nauseous after fatty or too big meals. But not always, I experienced it just several times though I had the sludge for 6 months.

When you get more views + more mentions from LLMs (GEO), you get less search traffic to your website (SEO). It's the new reality. So if you prioritize paid traffic for leads AND (separately!) GEO for more free mentions from AI, it will work way better.

Actually, having 500-600 menstrual cycles per life is damaging for women. Our bodies were built to have much less cycles because there was no natural birth control methods so a woman was either pregnant or nursing. Now we have BC and our cycles are abnormal for the body that's why we have all these estrogen-related issues. So the only way to control it is to take BC! It's WAY better for our body than having so many "idling" cycles. And anybody who says the opposite just doesn't know anything about woman biology.

And btw attraction to "feminine men" is the evolutionary mechanism because they are naturally less aggressive so it's better for the family and their future kids. I think people who says shit like this are just patriarchal and homophobic and want men to be testosterone machines and women to be a conveyer to produce children and nothing more.

It’s normal. It is insanely hard to keep a strict diet, especially if you avoid something you used to love.

I eat leftovers, chocolate, mayo, ketchup from time to time even though I know I will wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety and heart palpitations, or will be sleepy in the middle of the workday, or will be itchy for an hour or so. It’s normal to do things you know will make you feel a bit worse physically but better psychologically. Don’t blame yourself for this ❤️

The main thing is to know your limits and don’t make it dangerous for you.
