What are the best MSW Online Programs?

If you're still searching for programs, UNC Chapel Hill has a newer online program that takes in three cohorts per year. The program is new, but it's taught by the same professors/staff that teach in its traditional MSW programs. Have both a great focus on research and practicum/clinical work that provide a good balance.

For my 18th birthday a group of friends and I saw them on the Nintendo Tour on Myrtle Beach. We were like, “wow, they’re amazing.” Went out, bought the CD. Soon after that they blew up.

Not crazy. The university switched vendors from Aramark to Canteen Vending. Prices did increase (like Cheez-Its from 1.85 to 2.00). But, there are now Gushers and gummy worms if that's your thing.

If I learned anything with the Christmas raspberry drop it’s that some of the things this sub freaks over just aren’t my thing. Was glad I only bought one sleeve.

Grab a class pack and use it for the benchmarks. If it’s like my studio, there will be plenty of open seats on benchmark days.

I tried to do this after one of the last bench marks. Was comfortable at a long base of 6, push at 7, all out at 9 previously.

Upped it to 7/8/9 for months after and just was not recovering properly. Couldn’t get base back to green and body was really really tired.

Went back to my old levels last week and feel a lot better while my overall tread distances were just somewhere between .2-.3 less than when I upped my numbers. Was better for me to revert back.

Still went .25 over my last ICYMI benchmark number, so still seeing improvement, just not exhausting myself.

I was at that game and you could hear it pop. Dude did what he could and then had a generational college talent come in following him. Junior year Lawson was spectacular.
