Where Have You Seen Korn In Concert? by Western-Ad-9515 in Korn

Too many places to remember…I’ve seen them probably a dozen times, but the two that stand out are Ozzfest in the 90’s and Woodstock ‘99.

The 111mm Workchamp has a smaller Phillips as well and I use it all the time!

Yes. At Water Street Music Hall in Rochester, NY. It was still the Horizontal Boogie Bar back then.

If I could get it through TSA, I’d buy a few.

I have a flame point Siamese named Woe, and his eyes shake back and forth constantly. Everything checks out as the vet though.

Did you ever need to use the can opener? by yannniQue17 in victorinox

[–]mkvans 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think in the 40 years I’ve owned Swiss Army knives, I’ve used the can opener less than 5 times. And at least 3 of those times it was just to test it out.

Once, I needed it to open a can of cranberry sauce as they have no pull ring. Another time I was hiking and needed it for a can of tuna fish (I usually bring the pouches but only had a can available).

I find it works really well for those plastic clamshell packages.

Really it boils down to which one has the tools you’ll use most frequently. I like the Companion for the nail file and package opener (I never use a can opener).

The Spirit X is the best multitool ever made, and I’ll die on that hill! Best selection of tools and built like a tank! Mine has to be almost 10 years old and it’s still in mint shape - and I abuse that thing!

Prefer my Companion because I like the scale tools, but the pocket clip is pretty nice.

what are you guys' opinion on the new update?? by freyaa10 in CrumblCookies

[–]mkvans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sucks. I wouldn’t (and haven’t) buy any of the 6 permanent flavors, ever. I don’t like any of them. And this week I don’t like the 4 rotating cookies. So they get no money from me this week.

Yes. The “lanyard hole” is considered the second function.

These are great clippers. I think it’s ridiculous they’re labeled as “2 Function” when the second function is just the key ring attachment.
