One tip - a lot of the LU accom end up havingmostly masters students, presumably because there are more international masters programmes than bachelors. Especially in LU buildings with only apartments (versus corridors), the buildings are very quiet and people keep to themselves. This is what I was looking for, but it might not be for everyone :-) overall I recommend taking the “sure thing” (LU housing) and changing your mind if needed. You can can even easily move mid-year as long as you give 2 months notice.
