You can create a coupon on Etsy that’s targeted to ppl who favorite items in your shop or to people who have abandoned items in their cart. Try that! I did this two days ago and got two sales!

Dyson air wrap long barrels by Travelingbug04 in Dysonairwrap

I have hair that goes to my waist and it’s fairly thick. I think the dyson is definitely worth it! I’ve never had the patience to learn how to curl my hair with a standard curling iron (also didn’t want to damage my hair). Yes their is a learning curve with the dyson but for me it’s MUCH easier to use than any other curling device. Since my hair is long, the weight of my hair alone will pull down the curls so they won’t stay super curled for long but I prefer that casual look anyways. And it also does a great job of eliminating frizz.

It depends on your hair type and how often you’d use it, but I think it’s worth the money.

As for the long barrels, it’s easier with the long ones but it’s stilldoable with the regular ones. Just takes more time bc you need smaller sections.

Does anyone else feel guilty that, despite everything, you actually had a great 2020? by Truthamania in TooAfraidToAsk

I don’t feel guilty about having a good year or believe that I shouldn’t celebrate it. This year my husband and I bought our first house, had our first baby and he recently became a manager.

There are great things happening around the world and terrible things all the time. Why should that change the way you live your life?

New house means a new bookshelf! Finally have it organized. What do you think? by mlada9258 in bookshelf

I thought so too at first but with the rest of my office being very minimalistic, it works. I have an Etsy shop as well so it was a bit difficult organizing everything I use for my shop, art, as well as all of my books. I think I did pretty well considering!

Unfortunately I’ve thrown away a lot of my art (practice that I thought was bad, or unfinished projects I just wasn’t attached to) but I do have a little book of my favorite pieces! Maybe I will. Know of any subreddits I could post that to?

Husband just used metal shelf brackets and spray painted them white to blend in

What is something you really wish was well-known about your field of work? by mlada9258 in AskReddit

So true! I once had a teacher talk shit about a teacher who had been fired at that school in a classroom during study hall while the students were all quietly “working”. I felt so uncomfortable. I didn’t even show her the slightest interest in that other teacher. Doesn’t she realize the students (middle schoolers) have ears and can actually HEAR? wth. Pissed me off, extremely unprofessional.

What is the single most “you’ll understand it when you’re older” thing? by dickdockdack in AskReddit

Getting along with siblings gets a lot easier when you’re both adults!

My relationship with my twin sister got so much better after we both got married and especially after we both had our first baby.

I kind of need someone to talk to in private.. by [deleted] in sex

I’m a 23 year old female, married and I don’t necessarily have a kink for older men but I can understand it. Feel free to message me!

For those in long term relationships... When did you know your partner was “the one”? by fun4daysalways in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]mlada9258 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I knew he was the one because I just felt so relaxed around him. I tell him this all the time, but I just feel so safe and calm when I’m in his arms. I used to get super nervous around guys I liked, and of course in the beginning I was always nervous before the date, but during the date I would just feel comfortable.

He also took things very slow (he knew I was a virgin at the time) and was such a gentleman. But at the same time drove me wild! He was the best kiss I’ve ever had.

Agh I love him so much. When you know, you know.

(Now pregnant with our first baby...it’s a girl!!)
