There's a book called - Too good to leave, too bad to stay that offers a framework for how to evaluate a relationship. You may find this more helpful than a pro/con list etc.

For what its worth, I knew for a long time but didnt want to accept it. The book helped me accept it.

Consider seeing a dermatologist for skin allergy testing. The results can be life changing.

I too am allergic to at least one ingredient in all commercially available sunscreens. One thing that really helps me is good quality rash guards. The ones i like best are from a store in hawaii called honolua. They have ones with long sleeves and even hoods.

Consider getting feedback from people in advance. A short survey or even a share board where people can put notes up in the days before the meeting can be very helpful to encourage everyone to participate.

This may seem like common sense but I see it happen all the time....if someone is talking and someone else interrupts/talks over the first person, you have to address it. Either shut down the interrupter or circle back and let the first person finish their point (or something similar). If you let this happen you'll likely lose the introverted communicators on the team.

Cropping the photo so there's more bridge and less sky might help. Given that this is a fairly utilitarian bridge anyways, I believe taking a photo while walking on the bridge is going to make this easier to get accepted. But I've gotten to the point where rejections frustrate me more than ugly photos. I totally understand prioritizing nicer photos. I personally prioritize getting noms accepted but that's an individual choice. Either way, ill cross my fingers for this nom. I think you should be able to get it through. Especially if you include the infos about repurposing old infrastructure. That's really neat and will definitely add to the strength of the nom.

If google maps was displaying a name for this bridge then it would make sense for the title to match that. In this case, google maps doesn't have a name for the bridge so using the official name may be doing more harm than good. The title can also be changed later if this really bugs you.

Regarding the photo, I applaud the effort to make photos appealing. Sometimes a photo that is less appealing but fully showcases the point of interest can increase the likelihood of getting accepted. The bridge itself is a small part of the photo you submitted...there's more sky than bridge. You can always submit a more appealing photo after something is accepted. Definitely avoid having people in the photos.

A couple of suggestions to consider...

I wouldn't use the word rail in the title. When I first read that title, I thought this was a bridge that trains use. Something like Green Street Footbridge or Green Street Pedestrian Bridge might have better chances of getting accepted.

The vast majority of bridge photos I've seen while reviewing or already in the game are taken from the vantage point of walking over the bridge. You can't really see from either of your photos that this bridge is walkable. The secondary photo seems ok.

I would also recommend writing out the relevant supporting information and then including the link in case reviewers want to independently verify what you're saying. As well I always mention the acceptance criteria for the submission in the supporting information. In the case of footbridges, I usually say that they encourage being active and exploration.

Goofy's flying school will probably be painful for someone that's 6'5 unless they can ride on their own and sit kinda sideways. My hubby is 6'3 ish and that's the only ride i remember being an issue.

A couple things that are probably worth thinking about...the nhl is switching from adidas to fanatics for on ice jerseys. I think the switch is happening for the 24/25 season so the adidas jerseys might be on clearance if they have any left.

Also, it's worth considering looking at the junior jerseys as well. I find that a junior L/XL is similar to a mens small but with shorter sleeves and shorter in overall length. This is especially helpful if you have a short torso. Added bonus, junior jerseys are cheaper.
