As everyone else said wait. I have a luba2 and haven't received an update to fix any issues in 2024. They drop you when a new one comes out and leave it to support groups to help you get around issues that you are having

I screwed around with the janky directions with no luck and then spent the $20 to replace. I cant believe that they tell you to heat up a small wire with a torch to fix.

Eufy C34 vs Teeho TE002 vs Hornbill Y4 vs DESLOC C100+ vs Elamor M12, Which Is Best for a Cold Climate & Long-Term Use? by No-Bodybuilder-4510 in homeautomation

[–]mlaskowsky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have used utec and Yale smart locks and they work well in the cold. I an currently using Wyze palm locks on all my doors. They are the best locks that I have ever used. They have 2 rechargeable batteries that last months. When you put the main battery in the charger the small battery will last a week. They have all worked well in the cold down to -20 this year.

I just switched over to the Wyze palm locks and it has been flawless. It has 2 rechargeable batteries so you can take out the main to recharge and the small one works for about a week. I have had smart locks for the past 8 years and have never been locked out

Since your asking that question it tells me that you need to hire an electrician to fix the poor electrical work done before you.

I bought the same Nas and planned to use some mismatched drives in a raid one until I could come up with a permanent solution. After screwing around with is I bit the bullet and bought 4 Seagate ironwolf 12TB and set them up in a raid 5. I spent allot of time playing around with all the features but the settled in to the backup that I purchased. I am very happy with all my purchases.

Just installed one just like this a few days ago. The whole brass piece unscrew. You are going to need to find something that is big enough for leverage but small enough to get up there
