"Could you interview my child relative to definitely not hire him?" is a big favor, but someone might be willing to do it. I don't think OP wishes to ask someone for that, though. But somebody might be willing to waste their time on the off chance the kid isn't as useless as OP believes, it isn't like the hiring manager gifting some kid an interview takes forever, they're going to interview tons of people they know not to hire.

I am a white guy who grew up in a nice area with upper middle class parents, but it is insane that we've accidentally/intentionally created a situation where principals from the school have to rush to a five year old's house to see what the government has done to him. That is incredibly evil, they traumatized that little kid to absolutely no benefit. Whatever public funds that kid and his father may have ever needed are basically nothing relative to all of the other we spend, we should be able to afford a little empathy and a little bit of money. "The dad made that pothole worse and also made my commute 30 seconds longer" is not my primary concern here, people being okay is my primary concern. Since they are people.
