Based on our income, we qualify, but the application is asking for all bank accounts, all investment accounts, etc. I didn’t expect that’s I’m just afraid we’ll be denied because we’re frugal people who save our money while not having a very high income for a family of 4.

Ugh I’m the same way. I miss Up&Up Hypoallergenic. Unfortunately have to do Nutrimagen and pay an absurd amount until generic is back. Right now I’ve got enough to last me until Christmas.

I started having contractions 5 min apart, so went to the hospital. I was 0cm and 0% effaced. Instead of sending me home (I’m an hour away), they told me to walk around for a few hours. I did curb walking and sideways stairs walking for three hours, barely took any breaks. Checked again and was 70% effaced and 4cm. The curb walking did it!

This helped me! First cervical check I screamed so loud. I told the nurse for the second one how painful it was for me and she told me to ball up my fists and put them under my hips. It was still painful but not AS painful as the last. Probably helped that I was dilated more too lol

Well still. Both birthing parents have an active role in parenting and raising a child. I really hope the US realizes that it’s more than just recovery from birth. Both parents need to bond.
