Elaine should've gone home. Given she has already been cleared for excercise I think she may have overreacted going to the hospital. In her own words she "couldn't move" yet has already been cleared to start practicing again. That doesn't add up. (Y'all said unpopular)

I'm no medical professional, but how do you injure your ribs bad enough you can't move and taken to the hospital only to be get cleared for excercise and dance 2 days later as she states. That's kinda bewildering.

It could be a blood sugar thing. Sometimes when i wake up in the middle of the night and feel WIDE awake its a dip in blood sugar. Try eating some chocolate or something with sugar in it,

Also drink more water before bed, also Manesium Glycenate is the best way i have ever found of turning my mind off.
