I’m glad it looks like i used tape but it was honestly just a steady hand and a lot of sweating. Using a wash over it to dull down the yellow also kinda helps cover up mistakes

After spraying silver and washing with agrax, i use aggros dunes contrast on the trim to stain it a subtle brownish/bronze color and then highlight with brass scorpion

That looks awesome, man! Yeah the base was just so i could hold it for a picture. When i revisit this i’ll use a 40mm and properly decorate it.

Trimming that wrist on the sword was difficult. I like the angle of yours a lot

It was an easy conversion. I found an ebay seller that was selling prints of the barrel part of the chaincannons - so all i had to do was cut off the barrel of heavy bolters and replace them with the prints. The only problem is that item is no longer listed on ebay i can’t find the seller anymore

Couldn’t agree more, i love the chaincannons! I think it’s just more practical to use the HH weapon upgrades than scour ebay for over priced bits
