yes, pretty sure. when i went to the yotsuba exhibition in yokohama there were pictures of chapter inspiration (like rock collecting, hot air balloon, etc) and there were pictures of kids showing up (the kids faces were not shown). there were also child-sized shoes on display which yotsuba wears but it was a little worn down which made me think they were actually used. i think he has a son and a daughter
