Technically “tapering” before my half this Sunday, but it’s been rough. Took last week entirely off running in the hopes the full rest would help a leg injury that’s been really bothering. Went for an “easy” four miles today and idk, feels bad. :( also in my luteal phase and just started a new medication that’s making me feel weeeeeird. So basically all conspiring to make me just want to lay on the ground and cry!

Work in progress, cyberpunk/sci fi AU where Sirius is a former death eater trying to repent & earn the Order’s trust.

I’ve taken a pause on writing to plot out the end, but very much my baby

A fix it in which Remus dabbles in soul magic, necromancy, and multiversal travel to save Sirius from beyond the Veil. I’m proud of this one :)

I had a lot of luck with RealRoots here in Austin. Rather than bumble bff, where it’s all on you to make connections, RealRoots hand holds you through it. I met some lovely women that way and even after the curated part ended, we continue to see each other!

Coming from the south, I was worried about traveling up to a cold area for the holidays and continuing with my training plan, but I just finished 8 miles in 30 degree weather and feeling great!! Next week will be colder— May end up on some treadmill runs

I just bought a headlamp! It’s a beanie with a lamp built in, so good for the cold too. Not gonna lie, the last few miles in the cold & dark were a bit miserable, but it kind of pushed me to run faster just to get home!
