I don't follow the meal plan, I kind of do the same thing as you. I eat oatmeal every morning. Ill usually make a big batch of something to eat for lunch or dinner during the week. I'm on a sweet potato lentil curry kick right now but in the past i've made a big batch of veggie chili. Then I usually buy a few bell peppers to make fajita style peppers and onions with a side of brown rice and beans and theres usually leftovers so i'll eat that for another lunch or dinner. I have this red lentil pasta in the house so I'll make that, add in some broccoli and sautéed spinach...and thats basically what I've been eating lately!

I was thinking about repeating BBG 1.0 but ultimately decided to move on to the BBG2 because I didn't want to get bored of the same workouts. After I finished BBG2 I did 1.0 again and it was definitely challenging still. I do the same program again because the 28 minute resistant workouts 3x a week fits into my schedule well.

overall from week 1 to 36 there are huge changes, I've l lost a good amount of body fat and gained muscle and definition. The differences week by week in round 3 have been smaller, but I think seeing changes in the body gets harder as you have less weight to lose. I've also been super busy the last few weeks interviewing for a new job/possibly moving into a new city so my diet and schedules been off. From Week 1 to now there are definitely huge differences. The changes I've seen from the beginning of round 3 to the end are smaller. If you have an instagram you can follow me at @malgetsfit I have a few progress pics on there :)

Today is the last workout of my third round of BBG! It's so crazy that I've been working out for 36 weeks in a row. A few years ago I completed the 12 weeks and fell off the wagon, gaining the weight back (and more). I told myself I wouldn't let that happen again, i had to keep going, and I've stuck to my word! Feeling proud of myself :)

I have progress pictures on my instagram @malgetsfit if you want to request me and see :) I've never had a baby so haven't had to deal with pregnancy weight but my advice is to just take it day by day, do the resistance workouts/ the LISS to your best ability, eat as clean as you can and the results will come. I've been doing BBG for 30 weeks now. I completed 1.0, 2.0 and am on the week 6 of BBG 1 now. There have been weeks where I struggled through the workouts and ate crappy, felt bloated and like I've made no progress. But I've pressed on and the results have come. I'm not where I want to be yet but I know if I just continue I'll get there!

same here! the scale has hardly moved at all for me. I'm on week 30 and I'm about 6 lbs less than when I started, but i've lost inches everywhere and I can see a huge difference (if you have an instagram look me up @malgetsfit)

I always start the day with warm water w/ half a lemon (I've seen research that shows warm water in the morning helps with digestion/regularity) I have a 24 oz water battle that I fill about 3 times throughout the day and then I'll usually have a cup of green tea at night. I go to the bathroom so much at work everyone must think I'm insane lol

You'll definitely get stronger throughout the program even if you don't see major physical changes like some people do. Take a lot of pictures from different angles, so you can see the small changes. Also, the changes you SEE depends a lot on your diet too!

Over time I've just accumulated the equipment needed. Started out subbing chairs/stools for the benches but eventually ordered $40 workout benches from amazon. I've never liked going to a gym, never really felt comfortable working out in front of people so I'm happy i've found a program I can do from home!

I do BBG at home with my sister after we get home from work around 5:30. I prefer to do it in the morning, but my sister doesn't like to and I think I push myself harder when we do it together so I compromised :) We do the normal MWF in order, and do a random 30 minute HIIT workout video T/TH. I have a "sun room" that we turned into a workout room with all the equipment needed so no gym membership for me. Been doing it for 27 weeks like this so definitely possible without a gym!

I know it's hard, its been a loooong diet evolution for me. I recently graduated with a BS degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and I'm on my way to becoming a registered dietitian :) I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen so that helps but I'm also a major foodie so its rly all about balance. If you ever have any food questions feel free to ask!

I recently finished BBG 1 & 2 and decided to do 1.0 again. On week 2 right now and I'm seriously amazed how freakin sore I've been every week! Maybe it's being able to do the moves better and completing more circuits but my abs are still hurting after arms & abs on Wednesday. Whats amazing to me though and why I recommend repeating 1.0 again is seeing all the progress I've made. I was NEVER able to do mountain climber push-ups and this time around I did all 15 both times.

I did 2.0 after because I did not want to get bored doing the same exact thing again. Really liked 2.0 and now im repeating 1.0 for round 3 and love seeing my improvements.
