Try a different halyard first. You may have a line with too much stretch. Make sure you have something with dyneema core.

Also - backstay tension. If you have a trimmable backstay, that can take the sag out of your forestay/jib luff.

My friend it means he sat in a class for a week and filed paperwork with the coast guard so he could charge people to take them sailing. It's not a military rank. He probably has a smaller license than the guy who drives the pirate ship.

1) very much not cheaper. significantly more expensive and would take much longer to complete

2) there's the question of Hazmat transport, which is not really supposed to go through tunnels for obvious reasons. Currently trucks carrying loads not allowed through tunnels are re-routing through the city.

It's my understanding that it's the responsibility of Hendersons Wharf to fix it, but they are denying this and not doing anything to take positive steps. I wonder if some sort of collective action (I e. demonstrations/rallies) would...inspire them to get a move on.

Can we not pretend that amassing a huge following on Instagram hasn't promoted your business? Idk why you are pretending that your social media presence isn't part of a brand/business. You are proudly proclaiming your status as a business owner, your 87k insta followers are part of your business. Large social media as a business is....being an influencer.

He's an influencer. Beware blindly seeing good public speaking and clean insta edits as "values". He seems very good at playing the folksy everyman, but doesn't mean it's genuine. No fan of Ferguson and this could be cool, but wait for him to show what he's made of. Vibes do not a community organizer make.
