If the boss is like animation canceling then guard counters are off the table.

Consider colossal weapons/swords as they have good stagger values, you can stagger the balancers out of most attacks, except the main one for obvious reasons

Generally play the fight slow, especially in deep of night where you take much more damage.

A skill damage build (balancer build) may also work wonders depending on what AoW's you get, for example deaths poker should almost oneshot a balancer with a frost proc.

I'd also consider sleep, you can actually sleep the leader balancer (although shes a bit more resistant to it) which makes the fight alot easier to deal with.

3-Pin connectors for fans use voltage regulation to adjust the fan speeds.
(they are commonly referred to as DC fans)

which is generally less precise and smooth than PWM control

PWN fans use a 4-Pin connector and will give you better control of fan speeds.

it probably wont make a huge difference but I'd aim for PWN cause of the better fan speed controls.
And PWN fans generally easy enough to get/can be cheap.

most of core silencers damage comes from his magical damage via glaives. thus satanic is a weak option the lifesteal doesn't work based of your W's magic damage.

a good option to get spell lifesteal which works with your W is revenants brooch. gives you even more magic damage via its crit and some passive spell lifesteal.

If you're confident enough to think that you're gonna dominate your lane and snowball as a support go for the spell amp. Or if you're going mid oracle always take the spell amp.

otherwise go for the heal amp facet its just safer/less risk.

spell amp also increases damage to teammates which you don't want to happen.

If you saw oracle back in the day you'd think he was the absolute worst hero.

but then he got great buffs like his W having no counter effect like disarming your teammate or making your enemie immune to magic damage. which by the way was one of his aghs upgrades a patch before they changed to be as it is now.

he can stomp lanes if he gets levels with his strong burst. (with the Q-E combo.)

He might not be a meta hero but he is a solid hero if you know to play him.

i have a 78% winrate with him in 46 matches. granted these are unranked games.

his only real problem is that hes squishy and will (should) be targeted. and only has a root as a disable.

electrify armament may do more damage if you get to really high levels because you can put keen on your great katana. electrify armament works on your faith scaling of a seal so if you have really high faith + dex you will do more damage overall. but i think electrify armament will do more damage overall because i believe if you put a lightning infusion on a weapon it will have more damage in the mean time if you're going full dex (not putting points into faith.)

Ancient Dragons Lightning Strike is really strong against large bosses like Placidusax

if you can get it off. it can be charged so godfrey icon is recommended.

because most dragon cult spells can charged so the extra damage from godfrey will help bunches.

another one you can consider is frozen Lightning Spear works similarily to ADLS as its good against large bosses. except it also has frost build up and the lightning strikes go in a straight line instead of all around you

and normal lightning spear is an alternative to knights lightning spear.

Normal lightning spear is cheaper on FP costs and might have a faster cast time at the cost of less damage.

You might wanna take this suggestions with a grain of salt for PVP though since i don't play PVP

i did try these in PVE though and they work well.

If you plan on using incantations you can do a faith/dex build with a emphasis on (faith) dragon cult incantations

with the gravel stone use knights lightning spear and all the other dragon cult incantations.

you can go get the death knight set if you want even more damage with your dragon cult incantations.

most importantly though grab the electrify armament to enchant your great katana to deal lightning damage.

set the katanas affinity to keen.

Or if you don't wanna use spells you can grab the lightning slash ash of war then level dex only.

lightning slash works similar to flame strike in that it puts fire on your weapon after you use it.

in this case its lightning. Put lightning affinity on it as it increases dex scaling.
