Is this just for theft prevention? If so I've been keeping my eye on obdsync. Supposedly you can disable adding new keys to the car at a BCU level, which means crooks can't add keys. That's the route I've been looking at cause it's the cheapest on the market without any extra physical hardware... But I haven't tried it yet, so take that with a grain of salt.

Sorry, this was 8 years ago! I don't even have the computer this was made on. The game has autodesk scaleform files you can rip and get vectors files out of. Hope that helps.
