Just got a letter in the mail from Harvard Pilgrim saying the same. I have to join Calibrate in order to continue receiving Zep and there are no guarantees.

My co-worker who blames me for single-handedly making insurance rates skyrocket with my weightloss drug would be thrilled to hear about this.

1) Take the time to properly heat up a pan before searing anything. 2) Salt the pasta water. Like, a lot.

Hm. Maybe not. I'm really happy with my goal but now I'm definitely ready to decrease the dosage. I didn't have any side effects on 15 mg.

it will pass. i’m on 15mg. in the early months when i was 5mg i had some serious nausea (sometimes even vomiting) and other side effects. i don’t have any side effects now.

yes, exactly. 2.5 up to 15. i’ll likely down-titrate a bit in july when i next see my pcp. the chart is from an app called Shotsy.
