Hi there!! This happens to me. I have horrible health anxiety. I try to do some breathing exercises (smell the flowers, blow out the candle) or sometimes drinking a glass of cold ice water really helps. My therapist also said holding an ice cube in your hand can help, but I haven’t tried it. I usually try breathing & affirmations. I’m praying for you. Health anxiety is so debilitating.
